I resumed modeling in 1969. i used to build mostly WWII 1/72 aircraft, but with age have shifted to 1/35 armor and 1/48 aircraft. I have a background in history, plastic injection molding, book selling, and music composition. I am retired, with no expectation of building what's in my stash before I die - but I will end up with a lot of enjoyment and satisfaction from the materials I have collected and the relatively few kits I've built. Current joys: any new WWII Airfix kit, the Eduard Spitfires, 109s, and 190s, the Fine Molds Type 97 "Babs" kits, and ICM's 1/35 WWII trucks and cars and 1/48 aircraft.
