Born and raised in a small town in Pennsylvania, left in 1992 to go live with my Uncle Sam for a while. Served 8 years as vehicle mechanic in U.S. Army--assigned to Armored Cav, Air Assault Infantry, Combat Engineer and Artillery units--U.S. and overseas. Currently working as a Aircraft Mechanic, civilian contractor for the U.S. Air Force. Back at modeling after a lengthy hiatus. Mostly I like to build WW II 1/48 Aircraft, but also some Armor and vehicles--all years and nationalities.
