71 years young, and am trying to play catchup. The last plane I built was in the 1960's. Thought I would try my hand at it again. I am a retired machinist for a company that rebuilt transmitter tubes for the broadcast industry. I have the old 13" South Bend lathe that I used for the last 20 odd years working for my uncle and his son, then grandson, outside of Covington, LA. The company has recently been sold to ECONCO of california.
