Couple of days ago I've bought a book called "Military Aviators Of The Perished Empire" ("Voenlety Pogibshey Imperii"). The book is in Russian and is dedicated to the military aviation of the Civil War in Russia.

The advantage of the book is the amount of factual material described in it. It describes almost every (!) dogfight between Red Army aviators and White Guard. Authors did a really huge historical investigation and described so many facts about the Civil War aviation. The book features some colour a/c profiles and b/w photos of the subjects.

The book is highly recommended to all Russian and Civil War aviation enthusiasts.

PS. Let me know if you want to see photos of the cover.
