here's the 1st pictures. Started the basic painting tonight along with some other planning. The ejection seat is a 11-part affair which unfortunately has some pretty lame molded in harnesses. Academy did include an awesome pilot figure with multiple heads (including one with night vision goggles!) so I may use a pilot figure on this aircraft. Ok, onto the pictures, just 4 this time around.

Cockpit tub with basic stuff down, still needs alittle detailing (note that this a 2 seater tub, hints o a D model to come)

basic ejection seat assembly, seat cusions are molded seperate and are currently drying

instrument panel. CRT screens are seperate clear faces over decals.

sprue of the pilot figures, see the head with the NV goggles? :-)

I hope to get the cockpit assembled tomorrow and start working on the landing gear bays. Enjoy
