Penny, that is something we don't see too often! It looks very nice. What kit is it? Scale?
PS: I thought I'd give you a hand with the pics. When you click on the image's properties, be sure to move to mouse cursor down as you move toward the right in order to get the whole url.

Lady Pen!!!
Very very nice! I like the metal finish, some more close up pic will be nice. Do you think you can arrange that?

Very nice work Penny. Nice to see something a little different. Good job. Did the kit come with the swastikas? How old is the kit? oh, can you still get it, or is it OOP?

It was a kit that my brother-in-law had in storage..... It looks like its an old one. I'd think you could find one on ebay, a vendor's table at a contest, or something. It would be worth a try.

Howdy Penny!
Geee, I haven't heard your (typed) voice in quite a while. It's nice to hear from you! :-)
Your Hindenberg looks superb! As has been said, nice to see an unusual subject featured. Just as a precaution though, when you built your dirigible, before you glued the two halves together.......you didn't fill it with Hydrogen did you?

now that is a real odd ball Penny. It looks real good. Is the small aircraft underneath it on the base there as a comparison of sizes? If so that must have been huge!

Hello Penny . This looks very fine. Is it possible to give the final length of the model? Also is it painted with airbrush? cause it has a nice smooth look on the surface. Good work there

Gals and Guys,
Just a reminder - please follow the rules of the forum (printed in bold at the top of every page here) and try to give some advice as to how our modeller might improve their creations.
Remember, the critique can be as positive as the praise!
Steve
PS - I'd like to see more airships too!

Hmmmm.....I am trying to find something to be critical about, but I am not having any luck, LMB! I have never before seen this kit, but I love it! What paint did you use? If I had seen one of these in the past, perhaps I could nitpick some advice to you. I have always been fascinated by old newsreels and photos of the Hindenberg, and this kit just adds to that fascination! I would like to find one and see if I could come close to doing the job that you did on this! Applause.

The small plane underneath is a DC-3 and is there just for comparison. I actually heated up a can of Model Master Silver and painted it. I just wish that the camera would've been able to get better pics. Thanks for the kind words all....
