So I've been searching for days and come up empty. I'm looking for build articles for Hasegawa's 1/32 Bf109 E, the yellow nose in particular. The tropical version may help too. Anyone know where I might find one?

Hi Greg!

Is there something in particular you want to know? I've built the old Hasegawa kit (see here ) some years ago. I rescribed the panel lines and added minor details (seatbelts and radiator). Is it the kit you are after or do you need infos about the build?

I don't know if this will help, but here is one from modelingmadness.com. They have other 1/32 109 buildups too, but I think this was the only 'E.'

I should have been specific......
I'm looking for builds of the new mold 109. What I'm after is tips or inside information to help with building this particular kit. I'm even interested to see if there are any easy tweaks that need done for accuracy's sake (keyword EASY:-) ) I've got one on order and it's my first 1/32 kit, and only my second aircraft in nearly 10 years.

Thanks for the help so far, I found the build at modelmadness, it's the old kit from the 70's.

The new tool Hasegawa is not an Emil, but tooled for a family of G's.

There are several articles online, do a google search.

Which one is it? If it's not the old E, Hasegawa makes 1:32 BF-109G4, G6, G10, G14 and K-4 in new molds.

I was under the impression this was the first of their new-mold 109's. I really hope it isn't one of the old ones.

Hi Greg,

That's the old mold BF-109E3/4. It has markings for Galland's plane.
