This is what the Hasegawa rocket pod front looked like.
I had tried a couple of things to simulate the extended rocket heads to achieve a more or less acceptable uniform shape but I found the best thing to use for this purpose were 0.35" rivets. As you can see from the picture below, even though they should all be 0.35" rivets, the ones in the middle are significantly smaller than the ones at the sides. Make sure you use the bigger ones and discard those that are too small.

:-) Nice tip Dave Unfortunately Spitfires don't carry them, but I will bare it in mind if I ever build anything with rocket pods :-)
