Kurpfälzer Modellbautage 2010
On the weekend June 12th - 13th, the PMC Kurpfalz held its annual expo in Mannheim in southwest Germany. It’s only our second year at the "Nachbarschaftshaus" but the expo was nearly „sold out“. Our guests came mainly from clubs in the aera but some friends came also from nearby France and Switzerland, including former IPMS Switzerland President Rolf Blattner. From Aeroscale took part Marc (mark58), Steffen (Alpha Tango) and me, Black Widow.

The expo showed again a wide variety of plastic models, including cars, military vehicles, figures, many ships and submarines and – of course – our beloved aircrafts, this time mainly in 1:48, my favorite scale. In a corner we had the „Cafe Kurpfalz“ where visitors and modellers could get cakes and coffee. Our expo is just a small one with no dealers and no contest, which gives it a touch of „family meeting“. It was enjoyed by everyone and so we think, we are on the right way. See you again next year! Now enjoy my pictures.

Happy modelling!
