Breaking from his ship building exploits, Basilos Giehos takes flight and shares one of his latest creation with us. Using Mark I Models 1/144 scale Bristol Beaufighter Mk.VI Formidable Fighter kit, Basilios created what he considered a "Very nice detailed small kit from Mark 1. Basilios liked the engraved panel lines, crisp and very fine detail and also a perfect fitting which promises for a very pleasant construction for anyone. This kit does come with four decal options included in the box. This model has painted using AMMO by Mig Jimenez acrylics, AK Interactive Panel Line Wash, and some additional pigments added.
Aeroscale would like to thank Basilios Giehos for providing photos of his 1/144 Bristol Beaufighter Mk.vi Night Fighter.

Basilios, I have admired your ships, but you are just as good at aircraft - super job on this one!

Basilios, that is one of the finest, if not the finest, 1/144 aircraft models I've ever seen. Great job, thank you for sharing it with us!

Impressive to say the least. I still can't imagine anyone modeling in 1/144 scale, and being able to do a camo paint scheme like you did.
