I'd do this one. Sounds like a perfect reason to do that Eduard Avia- one of the markings options is for 1937, so i guess it fits the theme, assuming i can find a pic of it. Or i could do the ICM Heinkel He51 even.

Since I already joined two campaigns on this site, can't let go of this one. Only problem is I cannot start on something too difficult to build. So I went through my stash and my first option was Eduard's Avia B534. But, someone else is already doing this one.
My eye fell on one of those little Red Series Airfix baggies and in this case a Hawker Demon. So this is going to be my entry.
Greetings, Nico
P.s. still no dad yet, but can happen any moment now. My wife is two days past the (how do you call that in English???......)

Hi Nico!
Wow, wait... don't be so impatient! I was in your situation 10 months ago and it seems for me it was 10 years! When you baby arrive, enjoy every moment because time will pass very fast. The first days after the birth may be a bit difficult for your wife so she will need your support. But the first year is a fantastic experience that will change your life for sure...
I wish you, your wife and the baby all the best!

Ok so far we have seven commitments. Thats what I asked for and now I will go ahead with the admin work for the "Tweeners 1919 -1938 Air Campaign". I just wish I could find a nice 1/48 Dutch Fokker C.I . . . Oh well. Maybe King Kong on the Empire State building with . . .

I 'd wish you could find one too, which of course means one is available. I only now of a 72nd scale resin version which is hardly any good. But sure your scratchbuild/conversion skills are good enough to build one mr. Lawson?
Well Cindy is three days past her dure date now.
@ Jean-Luc: merci beaucoup for your kind words.

Hi all
Well, I took the plunge and enlisted, so there's no going back now... particularly since this little beauty arrived today!
Ruslan Bilik has sent through a sample of his re-vamped I-15, now complete with... wait for it... no less than 13 decal options! As usual with a Rest Models kit, the casting and presentation is simply gorgeous - in terms of resin kits, these are about as good as it gets...
Sooo.... Plan 1 - a Review... and then, shock, horror... to actually build something! With the combination of work and the deluge of samples lately, I've pretty much forgotten what the latter feels like!
Stay tuned - but not too tuned - you all know how slow and unreliable I am when it comes to this!
All the best
Rowan

Gentlemen,
Normally I'm with the model shipwrights bunch, but hey, a campaign of 'tweeners is much too good to pass up. So the 10th member is in, and we'll see what I can come up with in 1/144th scale ! Talk to you later............................ Bruce

A little change of plan on my behalf. I decided to enter with this one:
Bought yesterday at at the European Scale Modeller's Contest. Annual big Dutch IPMS meeting. I took some pictures of WW1 models. Can be seen here:
ESM 2007
This was the first IPMS contest I ever entered. Both my models got a "recommended" they were Special Hobby's Pfalz DXII and Roden's BE2c. I was lucky for this, cause I am very certain the judges don't know much about WW1 Aviation.
Is it wise to open my own topic refering to this contest?
And,...luckily for me plenty of pic's to be found on the Internet.

Greetings, Nico
