Hi Guys,

Finally finished the Apache, this is Hasegawa's excellent AH-64A with Eduard PE, thanks for my good classmate Porkchop (whom I went to the fifth grade (tm) together) for sending me the decal for the first cav, as well as a nose art of "midnight penetration", unfortunately the decal doesn't shown that well with the dark fuselage color. But it's there.

I weathered this chopper with weathering powder to duplicate a fairly used chopper in the desert.

Man, Dave, that thing looks like it could fly off of the table. I love the little details, Hellfires, lights, etc. Another great job. It almost makes we want to tackle my Academy Blackhawk...

Thanks for sharing her with us.

A real beauty, Dave. The instrumentation is awesome, and the lens/lights work is outstanding. That is one beautiful bird.

Nice job.
The added yellow weathering really adds a nice touch. I like the back end of the rocket tubes. The dry brush is well done.
Another well done set of clear details.

Nice job.

Dave, this looks really good...

I have just one question. I noticed that the windows are quite blurred, and not clear. As I assume you did this on purpose, I have to ask why ? Or is it just in the foto ?.

As I am in no way an Apache-expert, I would like to know. So i might learn something again.

Thank you guys for your nice comment. The blurred window is because I am impatient. I just brushed on a coat of clear, and they are not dried yet, and I took pics rightaway. Now they are clear as crystal. I might take the pics again.

I am a very impatient person comes to the end of a model... #:-)
