Beautiful, simply beautiful congratulations Brad!

I could not successfully follow that challenge. I would have to modify the gun mounts. But your ground rules say you can't do it. I would develop apoplexy

I'm with Stephen about this...

I love the subtle weathering

Cheers,

Claudio

Thanks Lars, Johannes and Claudio!

Johannes - the fuslage paints were a bit of a mixture of light sea grey, RLM 65 light blue and some white. I wanted to get a slightly light blue tinge to the grey - in the end it just ended up looking like a light grey... oh well Before I sprayed the fuselage colour, I masked off the ribs and formers and pre shaded with black. The masking tape was then removed and the colour sprayed over the top so the pre-shading was only just peeking through. Once decals were on, I gave the ribs a light overspray with Tamiya "smoke" to pull it all together.

Cheers again!

Brad -

I think the gray turned out just right..! The front cowling and stablizers too..! I'm also joining the chorus regarding the weathering - that really pulls it all together. Keep upthe great work and thanks again for sharing!
