Im kinda new to these flying things. I know this question is a bit on a vauge side, but figured I'd ask anyway. How would I paint a Hellcat with a bit war wear?
Any step-by-setps or tips or links are greatly accepted.
(and if you have any questions on weathering a tank, I'll be happy to help you!)

I am trying to learn the same thing. Check out the Helldiver all out build from Chuck W. It shows step by step how to do most everything. Hope this bumps the topic and gets a response from someone who really knows.

Hello John and Russ,
I built a war weary Hellcat a year ago for the Riverine Camapign. Follow this link to it (Pre-Flight Check). I have in progress photo's and will be happy to answer any questions you have.

Have a look here for a very weathered Beaufighter. It may be a bit overdone for some tastes but is brilliant nonetheless. Incredible at 1/72.

Thank you everyone for your replies. I will most likely post some more questions on this thread as i get closer to the painting stage.
Thanks again.
