Good evening Gentlemen, I noticed I need something to pierce holes in the plastic. I've seen an interesting offer at Lucky Model, which has some Tamiya drills on sale.
This is what I've found:
Fine Pin Vises

http://www.luckymodel.com/scale.aspx?item_no=TA%2074051
Drills set (pins)
http://www.luckymodel.com/scale.aspx?item_no=TA%2074044
The question is: are the vises and the drills complementary? Do the vises feature pins as well?
Thanks for any answer!

yes they would compliment each other and I wouldn't have thought that the vices would come with the drill bits. To be honest the price you would pay for the Tamiya stuff, you could get the same for half the price.
I have something similar to this which can take drill pins from 0.1mm up to approx 4mm

Hope this Helps

Like Allen has stated, you can buy the micro drill bits from just about any good hobby shop for a fraction of the cost of the Tamiya product.
Pin vice can be purchased from your local hardware shop or hobby shop, they are not expensive.
Like anything else you want to buy, shop around first, there are plenty of bargains out there.
Cheers and happy drilling...
