Tamyia 1/72 kit, box stock only added an antenna wire.
My 3rd airplane build, pretty happy with it, the camo was tough being so small though!

Great job on that FW! You did a really good job on the camoflage! I build exclusively in 1/72 scale and like it a lot. It offers a constant scale for your single and multi engine aircraft. Thought I would include a few shots of my FW to show my work to you. Again, just great. I want to see more subjects when you get the chance. Russell

Nice one James!
It's a pity you haven't entered it into the Butcher Bird Campaign here
I did the same Bird of JV44.
Yours looks great,
Mike.

..very neat James. Nice work on the finish, the colours look great - suitably faded. Just one point - as I've done it loads of times myself - you've got the windshield on the wrong way round. Check some pics of the real machine to see that its not quite so 'angled' or 'tall' at the front.

JP quickly checks his own windscreen. Luckily hobbyboss make kits for idiots.
Really nicely executed James. Esp the colour. I've got mine totally wrong for red13 of jv44
The only nitpicks the yellow should come down further the prop. Should the aerial be slack?
red13 doesn't have one in the photos I have. although they could be post war and the aerial
removed.
Lets see some more flappy things.

Hi James
I agree with the others: very nice finish!!!
As some already pointed out some nitpicks I would like to add another one: The u/c legs are pretty wrong. They should angle more forward ... approximately until the edge is parallel to the ground.
As for the aerial: the blown hood had the fixed style, i.e. it has not the roll that keeps it straight. so when the hood slides back it will lay on the rear fuselage.
all the best
Steffen
