Thanks folks for all positive comments. This Techmod build turning out to something extra even for me, I use to detail my models, but haven´t gone these far since the Dh-2 build from Eduard. Putting in all these extra details is time consuming but it´s worth the effort when the model is completed, but as long its fun that’s ok I think. Hopefully I can get some paint on the engine this week and start fixing up the fuselage, floats and wings. So I´ll be back with new pics soon.

Hi Luis
I just used the top bit off the etched pushrods. The lower piece off the pushrod is flat because off the etching rules, and they should be round so I cut off the top bit 4mm down on the rod and replaced it with a round metal wire. I drilled holes in the engine block so the new rods have some support when gluing. The plastic valve springs on the engine was cut off and replaced with new ones made from a 0,15 mm wire wrapped around a 0,20mm wire
The ignition wires are 0,15 mm computer cable( I found a trashed old computer in the recycleroom, so I break it up and got me some nice thin wires. That’s what I calls Recycling).
How does your build coming?
Regards Larsa
