Now here is a tough one gentle folk. Name the pilot, unit (and if you can) probably time frame by month and date this image was taken.

The first to get it right and names their sources wins a WNW 1:32 Albatros D.V kit.. . .GO!
Just for a refresher remember the first thread?

Ok ignore the last two posts, after delving a little deeper I have come up with,
Hans Joachim Rogalla von Bieberstein of Jasta 3.
He was a reserve officer in the 1st Hussars Regiment.

I'm going to stop looking now as my head hurts

Sorry forgot to put that ,
http://www.frontflieger.de/, a German site covering German aviation during World War I, but you probably know that

.
This site has been in my favourites for ages, and I stumbled onto the answer looking for the other pilot.

Nice one Stephen.
Have you got any more images of the plane, I could not find one image of the plane in question. I mean you would have thought a plane with "Hilde" in big bold letters on the side would get photographed more

Hi Terri,
I started looking for the info as I was intrigued by what was written on the side of the aircraft.
Might have to model this Albatros, err will have to buy one first one day

thanks Stephen.
Would I be correct in assuming that the fuselage would be wood coloured, with silver engine bay thingy bit and spinner.
What colour would the undersides of the wings be ?

Engine bay thingy? Ok I am worried about you. Looks like the cowlings are very dark red or black maybe? undersurface of wings. . .lozenge.

Had a brain freeze and forgot the correct term

.
Now on your pic there seems to be two triangles (one above and in-between the H and the cross, and one on the top of the tail), is that just shadows or markings of some sort.
Thanks Stephen.
