D. have you ever thought what would happen to the occupent if the thing flipped over? I just found a cheap kit to use for the campaign. (Academy's 1/48 Hughes' 500D in Israeli markings)

Many of the kits that I would be interested in are really expensive, much more than a/c. So I just happened on the MD500 for 12.00.

Oh I suppose I'll join. Now to decide between an MH-6, MH-53, MH-47 or MH-60 DAP.

AS for the CV-22. I would have to say it is more of a Helicopter than a plane. It can only land one way. It has no provisions for landing as an airplane, unless of course you want the blades to disintegrate.

Herky

I'm a new Helicopter convert.

The other day I saw a video about how helicopters 'work' - how a wing generates lift is pretty widely known and understood, but the application of aeronaustical knowledge to allow the helicopter craft to fly, hover, turn etc. was in a word 'genius'

I have profound respect for helicopters now, bordering on awe.

I'm hooked, but I don't know if I will join your group build, but we'll see.

Love the Ribbon and I just hope I can get the USCG Jayhawk conversion set from Corba Company in the States to earn it

Now to get my official head on. In order to leave 2012 as free as possible for future campaigns we have brought this one forward by a month. so this campaign will now be starting 1st June 2011 and ending 31st December 2011.

Cheers

Justin, nice ribbon I like it. Does anyone want a Revell HUEY HOG kit. I will not be using it for the campaign and will never build it.
