Greetings Bertl!
The author is our mutual good fellow Tom Crean. As soon as I have a copy (10 days?) I'll do a whole review.

Greetings Bertl,
Tom's book is being published or has been and they have sent him some copies. He gave me the opportunity to pick one up and I am just waiting for it to arrive here.
