Started this before Christmas but only finished this week.
Only had the canopy frame to paint and then some weathering but was sidetracked by my Wildcat build.
Painted with Revell and Tamiya paints and finished with the boxed decals.
I chose not to use any aftermarket on this as funds are low while I look for a new job and thought OOB finish would be ok.
Thanks for looking.
Martin.

Nicely done! I really like how your model looks, shows use but not overdone. Some times modelers get carried away with chipping on "zeros" and other navy aircraft, when in photos its the IJA aircraft that had tons of chipped paint. Whose paints did you use?

Thanks Mike.
For the main colours I used Tamiya acrylics and some Revell aqua on some of the smaller parts like the undercarriage and the wheels.

Thanks Martin, thats great news for me as i have those tamiya colors in the stash. I dont know how they stack up in the eyes of the color experts, but i like how they look on your zero.
