Yes my dalliance with darker things.... almost over. I've spant a couple of hours making eyelets, cutting brass tube umming nad ahhing about how complex (fiddly) to make the turnbuckles. I'd try P of P ones out the Albie sets if I could convince myself they'd be robust enough and werent so fiddly to work with my FFS (Fat finger syndrome)
TY for the kick in the pants though Dave.

You're very welcome. Also, I hope the rest of your life will be smooth sailing and bountiful.

Now the DII is on the flightline, I've set my mechanics to work on her. Theyre just making turnbuckles at the moment.

Finally got her rigged and all assembly done....... YAY!
A few tiny touchups and paint weathering details to add, paint the rigging and she's ready. My Rumpler still aint here even though Hannants have them which is a bit of a pi@@er.
Maybe someone from Parcelforce reads these posts.
Finished pics by xmas I hope

DONE... apart from the little touchups I spotted in the pics, got to love those glaring things only a photo seems to pick up.
Weather was awful today, pics taken at night with flash..augh! Hope to get some nicer ones after xmas
I've lost/mislaid the pipes from the wing tank so had to bodge some copper wire to replace them till they/it comes to light.
Happy Xmas all and as usual all comments welcome.
