Went to the LHS and used some birthday gift certs I picked up the 1/48 Eduard DH-2 profi-pack, A vector resin Gnome Monosoupage engine, Green and linen paints ( got the last Tamiya bottles on the shelf ). Then I ordered the Windsock datafile on the DH-2 and 5 sheets of Microsculpt linen texture decal.

It was like a little private party

Shopping on the net is fun, but nothing beats a well stocked hobbyshop IRL.

Happy Birthday Marc

Could not agree more. My LHS is always my 1st stop. And not just for the instant gratification. I want him to be there when I use up one thing or another and need to get it replaced to keep going without having to wait for something to be mailed.
