I'll either do what I was going to do originally, a F-105D, but need aftermarket parts or something else. The Thud only had the parts clipped by the time I decided that an aftermarket cockpit tub were needed and I changed over to the Lightning. The HobbyBoss kit has a lousy and completely useless office. I mean really, Grand Canyons on both sides between the consoles and sidewalls.

Timeline for this one works great too.

i will be doing some p-47's for a project im doing next year and really looking forward to im itching to get back at the props

Well guys..I'm going to build the model that my dad and I did when I was about 10. We spent about a month building it..and a nerf ball ruined it in about 30 seconds. The kit I'll be adding to the campaign is Revells P-61 Black Widow.
Just found the decals from Zot's....nice!
Hopefully I'll even make it a build log..this kit means alot to me.

Great to hear it.my first build with my dad was a revell 1/48 b-1 bomber took a month 5 sec. Flight time out the second story window Built a new one and it now sits in my model room takes up alot a of room.

Excellent choice Jeff. I built the same kit for Pin-Ups 1 and I have the Kitsworld decal set with 6 more options to go with the 6 kits in my stash. If Justin asks me REALLY nicely I might even consider doing another one for Pin-Ups 2

My p-61 arrived yesterday auss old monogram boxing from the 70's still shrink wrapped Price tag from k-mart on the side sais 8.00 us I wish they still cost that much

I missed out the first campaign as I wasn't into aircraft at that time probably. Might join in the fun if I can find a good decal set and a kit to go with it. (With my stash of 45 a/c, I think it's a matter of findind a good decal set only )
