Now we have here a set up photo from the Austrian Air service. What do you think is the message they are trying to give.

What type of aircraft are we looking at and can you pin down a date it occured?

Looks to me like a Lohner type C 1913,and if i remember the early types including B11 varients suffered wing faliure,my humble opinion
