Hi everyone,
For this thread I'll be finishing my Ninak from the first KotS Campaign. I became so caught up in trying to replicate RAF wire (with no realistic solution) that time just slipped by. I'll be rigging it in my normal way. I've kept it in a cake container to keep the dust off of it. Here's where it stands at the moment...............
I'll need to add a figure to keep within the rules set for this campaign. That is yet to be determined. Anyway here are some pics from the last thread.................
Looking forward to fiishing the build.
Mark

Hello Marc,
Nice to see that this one is on the go again, you've certainly got the bits of a great build there. Looking forward to seeing it finished.

Hi Mark:
Nice to you see you back on this guy. It remains one of my favorite builds. I especially like your interior work. The fabric texturing and stitching are really neat. I don't know how much will be visible once buttoned up, but it is definately striking.

Hi everyone,
I was able to finish the undersides of the wings and tail and I just received my 1/32 figure from Model Cellar today.
This will be only the 2nd figure that I've ever painted. Wish me luck!

Mark,
Outstanding works my old friend.Fantastic details in the interior, but I have to ask what are you using to get the texture on the CDL ? It adds a lot of visual interest to the interior.
Highest Regards,

Mark,
Thanks much for the link my old friend. I believe I've a good use for these textured decals. Will you be using them on the underside of the wings and tail surfaces as well?

I'm not quite sure yet, I'll have to do a little testing first to see how much it darkens the color.

Coming along very nicely Mark, really like the paint work and shading effect. (Was it Pre-shaded or post-shaded with pastels etc.)
Cheers,
