This is my build so far on Toko's kit . I ended up scratching the cockpit and using a PE seat and belts from the spare box .

Thank-you Stephen . This is different for me . Most 72 scale kit's I just build out of the box even WW 2 but with such a big cockpit opening and what the kit was offering for parts ....it just screamed detail ! Had to remake a few items do to the carpet monster and myself for making them over scale , good for 48 scale , but not 72 scale .
There is a epic fail on part as well , floor and rudder bar are too far back , they should have been moved forward by 2mm . This through off the control column placement a bit and I should have used thinner stock for this item . I just cut the forward section off the kit part . Afair bit of test fitting the lower wing to the fuselage ( this area reguires a lot of work and clean up . I ended up gluing the left side to the wing root so I was able to do the detailing, it sure made life easier !

Terri,
That's a lot of great detail work with outstanding results for 1:72 Scale. Are you using those little trained spiders again? If so let me know what you're feeding them........Wow!
Cheers,
Lance

Good to see this done Terri. High standard as always from yourself.
What with Dwaynes 1/32nd build and your's of this litle blighter it's getting rather tempting. *No no NOOOOO... too many projects... the sensible side of me screams

Hi Terri:
That really turned out slick. Your attention to detail in the cockpit is noteworthy. You must use an opitvisor or have exceptional vision! The end result is stunning!
Best
Mark

Thanks for all the kind comments guy's and girls !
Keith , I will be starting Rodens 32 scale kit in the new year . I have a fair bit of goodies and custom PE for the kit . Just waiting on a new manufacture for the release of their lozenge decals . . It is hard fighting off temtpion .....
Mark , I didn't use any aid other then my own eye sight , the rigging took me about three days , that is hard on the eyes trying to feed the line through the wore hoops !

Theres some nice Loz about now at last in 1/32nd scale.
I look forward to your build when temptation becomes irresistable. My temptations been eased as my missus has ordered the WNW Tripe for me for Xmas.
Otherwise.. well that and the SSW being out of stock at Hannants helped, though they do stock some nice resin goodies.

Hi Keith ,
I look for ward to your build on the tripe . Seeing the issues you had with Rodens offering ...the miss moulding texture of the wings was a real let down . Fuselage being short is an easy fix , but those wings .....
Yes Old Propller has nice offerings and I had offers from friends to send me lozenge but I'm in an agreement with the manufacture for a review/build . I can't say at the moment on who they are , but you folks are going to be in for a real treat !!!!
If you plan on getting the Looms Model resin , watch the fit of the cowl , my sample is off by 2mm ! and no attachment points for the rigging , Roden has this on their cowl .....

Hi Dwayne , this build first began in April for a GB , never made the deadline for it . Those stripes are a pain to mask in 72 scale . I got frustrated with it and it sat for awhile . Seeing your build was a great inspiration and the kick in the rear to get back on it ....
Thanks for taking a peek !
