Signed up. I will be doing a Bf-109 with Mickey Mouse on it. Cannot remember the pilot now. It is not Galland's bird, but another pilot.
Looking forward to get started

Andy, I would love to sport a banner for this campaign. As for a ribbon I know that there are several artist here, I myself have been playing with paint and am not good enough yet to submit anything.

I must have been up too late when I last posted I just reread the post and found many spelling errors so please do not judge the author too harshly I need to proof read in the future

Hi Loonies
After a successful but expensive shopping trip to the IMPS at Telford on Saturday I picked up this baby
.
I've never built a Demon before and I love the shape, I've ordered a Eduard cockpit set and a Pavla seat as the cockpit it a tad sparse.

I was looking at one of those, but I restricted my spending to stuff I really wanted and put it down. I don't think my other half would've liked it if I'd come out with as much as I saw a lot of other people! In fact I only bought 2 kits, the rest was bits and bobs from Aeroclub and frieghtdog models.
I will be watching wih interest though.
I'm still in with the ye olde Airfix Boomerang.

I would LOVE to do one of those Phantoms! Maybe one day, when I have the room. And that Bismarck should be bloody good for its size too.
I only picked up Xtrakits 1/72 Canberra PR9 and Revells repop of Matchbox's 1/76 Char B1 tank. They'll keep me happy for the time being. The only thing I was after was Academy's B-17E, but no joy on that front.

Hello Toonies
Only six more sleeps to go
I would like to dedicate this Campaign to my dear Dad who passed away on Friday after a brave fight against cancer.
It was he who got me into building Airfix models as a very small boy and I love him for that.
He built models for me,lets build some for him
Cheers Chums

My condolences Andy, I think it's only fitting that we dedicate this campaign to him.

My condolences Andy - I can sympathise entirely with you, also having a father in the RAF who got me into building models as a kid, who also lost a long battle against cancer.
