RB Productions have prepared two sets of decals for bigger scales kits (1:48 and 1:32), dedicated to the Bf 109E''s of Romanian Air Force. Each of them contains markings for seven different machines.

What a nifty idea! Radu's seatbelts are about the best out there, so these should be good, too. Anyone know about the camo for these planes and what models of (mostly?) Emils they were using?

I do like the look of these, I've just got the Airfix club edition E-3 / E-7 but don't want to finish it in captured markings so this set looks very attractive and a bit different.

Yes, but "Yellow 63" seems to be an E-4. I would go the easy way and take Tamiya kits for them. For me still the best.

ditto..given that no-one is going to do seven Romanian Bf 109s perhaps we could get one sheet between the lot of us and divide it out...probably wouldn't be enough 'crosses' to go around though..?

Good idea Neil, looking at the decal sheet it appears that there are enough crosses for two aircraft as long as they have the different style crosses, but only 'Yellow 2' has the different style.

E-3s followed by 15 E-7s that were mostly refurbished E-3s and E4s. Later G-2s an G6s.

E series were simple; RLM 71 over RLM 65 with usual yellow theatre markings. Gs had more complicated camouflage.
