Flickr, Image Shack or Photobucket let you host your photos off-site. You can link to them from here with no problem.

I have always wanted to try an egg plane and I ordered one at 5am this morning during a savage bout of insomnia. If it arrives in time I will look at enlisting for this build. It's the Hasegawa Harrier, but I'm looking to build it as a Sea Harrier FRS1.

So, what color is the interior of a Hughes 500? Hase doesn't list that color and what I've found online seems to vary between black, green, or gray. I'll be doing this one in the military colors, but I'm kinda stuck on the interior. Any help?
Thanks,
Mike

Nice choice Andy,
It actually look's complicated the way they have chosen to form the body parts, it looks to be three pieces and not the usual 2 halves.
Is this going to be hard to hide with the join lines running in two directions ?

Just so you know I'm not sitting on my duff:
Everything but the skids are at least primed. The little white things are 1/4" wood dowels, rounded and painted white. These will replicate the missles. The two on the right were "experiments" that didn't work so well, so...I'll repair and repaint.
The bubble is taped on from the inside; micro masked and ready for camo.

Hi all,
my progress so far,
The two body halves joined together, they where slightly warped so I had to sand them flush. I then checked the instructions and found to my dismay that I should have glued the prop pin inside (not all eggplanes are built the same way)
I guess my prop wont be spinning, is this a serious offence.

LOL, no, but I did something similar on my first P-38; I thought the landing gear parts went INSIDE the fuselage, not outside. I tried to put the "doors" in, not out (not realizing what they really were - no instructions with the kit). Oh well...got another!
