My jaw just dropped to the floor a few minutes ago when I landed on WNWs homepage. Out of the blue, one of my top 10 wants in 1:32 just landed un-annonced on my screen.
Just incredible!!!

I've wanted this since I struggled to build the old Eduard offering many moons ago.
But sense has to prevail and after scoring a tripe and 2 fokkers out of SWMBO I just have to drool for a while at least.
The way WNW release their subjects it seems likely I'll have a few months grace before the next flury in the autumn of 2013.

I never got to build the 1/72 version due to not really being into WW1 subjects at the time, but I want this one!!

My wallet is whimpering..

Holy Smokes; Wingnut Wings has dropped a real bombshell on us. We have been inundated with an avalanche of kits after almost a year of WNW Drought! So many choices and decisions, puts one in quandry!

Oh now this I'll have to get, I've always had a liking for the Hannover since I built the Airfix kit many, many years ago as a kid.

I am so excited! A Hannover, my all-time-favourite since I was a child!! Sure I ordered one last night, just minutes after I had realised WNW had really released it...

Hey Mark!
As soon as I heard that Rowan got the Fok. D.VII (Alb.) kit I ordered it for myself. I figured they would not send me the sameone for my review.

Damn just when you thought it was safe to put away the wallet.
BTW if you want color schemes the enormous,Schlastfleiger book from Shiffler has dozens.

For those of you looking forward to the “Hannoveraner” as it was called to the RFC/RAF in 1918. I have some resources for you.
As I said in the previous communication, Schiffer’s SchlastaFlieger! Has some nice color schemes ( I prefer Schasta 27b’s one with the monster painted on the side. But for the real deal you need to go to Flight International’s website
www.flightglobal.com , click on the ”Historic” hot button. This will take you to the search page for 100 years of Flight Archives.
On the subject square enter - Hannoveraner.
In the TO and FROM squares enter – 1918. Verily, Thou will astounded be.
This subject brings up the 1918 issue of Flight that has the Air Ministry’s technical report on the Han. CL-II, with all those wonderful detail sketches.
If you enter - “Mystery” biplane – in the search box keeping 1918. You get an earlier article on the Hannoveraner.
Enjoy the hunt, my friends.

If you want these kits at the current prices you better get in before the New Year as they are going up...

Hi Warren – guess it was inevitable, like WNW states, the US$ is not what it was to the NZ$...
I do think they've already taken height for that in the most recent releases already though? Some of the earlier, like the Albatros DV, are still only $59.
