He must be a baby boy, as it looks like granny spit in his hair to pack it down. They didn't do that to girls. Also, must have come from good family, to afford a photo.

Taking a shot at the future Captain C.M. McEwan, who eventually became an Air Vice Marshal.

Other than that, at least give us a nationality.
