Nice drafting tables in the through the roof view. Back in 196X I actually worked in a loft as a trainee draftsman. Before computers, with drawings on Vellum and the new ones were on Mylar, and Blueprints were Blue Prints. Oh the smell of ammonia in the morning; The Smell of Engineering.
Those who have been there will know of what I speak.
Beautiful diarama.
thank you

Here is where I am so far.The back wall on the first floor is almost finished, now I can begin to add stuff to the hangar floor. You can see the small box diorama with the test airplane inside. So far I have only one 5Wconventional bulb behind the windows of the sliding door on the right hand side to test out the lighting requirements. They will be replaced by LED's later. It is important to have the lighting intensity higher in the airplane box diorama to first draw the viewers attention. This is the beginning of the storyboard part of the diorama and what I hope the viewer will look at first. In the museum setting there will be guided tours but 80% of the visitors don't bother with them,so audio/visual apps are being looked at for them.I also am planning for sound with a Fokker doing" touch and goes" in the background. This is a museum piece so it has to appeal to a wide audience, later when I take some vignettes from the diorama I plan to get a little more artsy-fartsy in the presentation.
