Hey Ben,
It is actually a mix Testors Flanker Blue and Grey with a touch of Russian interior. I was trying to get it to look like a few images I have of interior. It came out a little darker than I wanted but it will work.

I actually do not think I have ever seen the 2 tone stars on any of the Russian kits I have.... They are really nice looking and make for a awesome presentation.
