Thank you, Terri! Let's hope I can keep up the standard as I add the last bits and pieces.

Hej Magnus!

Yes, if all goes well, it'll follow along to 08 Open. Two weeks and a bit... should be alright.

That chekkerboard pattern looks great, understand why you wanted to build that machine!

Thank you Eirik!

Yes, the checkerboard was talking to me, beckoning me to take it on... but to be honest, it wasn't really tricky it just required patience and precision.

The model has been finished and I'll post some pics during the weekend.

So, this is the finished model. Eduard's 190s build into really nice models, as long as you manage to get around the kit issues. Sorry about the quality on some of the photos, I didn't use the tripod so there are some focus issues. I hope you like them anyway.

Thanks Matt!
I use a Haarder&Steenbeck Evolution Silverline 2in1. It comes with two needles, 0.2 and 0.4 mm, and a paint volume control. Although, I've never used anything but the 0.2 mm needle and I only rarely use the paint volume control.

Fredrik,
A most impressive build. Your camo paint scheme, decaling, and weathering are simply dead on. And an excellent job on the black and white checkerboard on the cowling.

Thank you all for your kind words!
This one turned out nicely and yes, some practice with the airbrush is useful, but I'm far from an expert. You can come a long way by being methodical and focused.

On to new builds now!
