Tidying up the little things.

The Prop is ready.

The landing gear are ready.

The wheels are ready.

Just a few more things to go.

Do not mind the pictures. This time I think I know what happened.

All comments, critiques, and criticism are encouraged.

Joe,
Just an outstanding paint job on the spinner, it looks great. And your wheel strut assemblies are nicely detailed.

I had posted this a little over a week ago but then removed it as I thought it was in bad taste. I have been encouraged to share with all of you.

This build was submitted to and has been accepted by Model Aircraft Magazine. The write up is penciled in for the July Issue.

I am most excited about it and really am bouncing off the walls. I can chalk that up to the wonderful help and encouragement I have received from so many folks on the different forums. I know nothing of the 109, at least I knew nothing when I began the project, and there were so many that helped me out with comments, suggestions, and even pictures and drawings. I cannot thank all of you enough.

Joe,
Congratulations on your article being accepted for publication. It's certainly an achievement that most of us would love to accomplish, but so very few actually do.

Many thanks.

It is something that I have wanted to do for roughly thirty years.

Joe,
I'm sure that your next article will be published way before that time table.

Joel I am a realist. This opportunity may or may not happen again. In all honesty it is all good. I build what I like, how I like. I am allowed to share it on forums such as this where folks are very kind in their comments. If I am allowed to continue to submit articles I do so happily and with the same excitement I have right now.

Well the mag has been out for about a month.

Here are some pics of the finished cut away 109.

Many thanks for all the very kind comments.
