During World War II, men and machines of the Royal Air Force of New Zealand fought with bravery and honor the Axis forces. The following link provides, through a compilation of images, a tribute to this important and valuable Air Force. I hope you enjoy and I count on your visit.

Cheers for that Marcelo. Kiwis were everywhere, not because we liked to fight, but we liked to be able to see wrong and fix it!
Cheers
Karl.

Thanks for the great pics, Marcelo! I sure have a soft spot for the "Flyin' Kiwis" and have build already 3 of them - Corsair, Kittyhawk and Ventura. Still need to build Dauntless and Avenger ....

Cheers Marcel
Thanks for your post.
Pity you didn't include a photo of the Waiarapa Wildcat.
Flown by Geoffrey Fisken the highest scoring commonweath ace of WW2.
Looks like I'll be digging out the Tamiya corsair and building her in RNZAF markings.
Chris

Okay Guys,
We've taken over this thread. Don't tell Damian,we'll just sneak away and take the Rugby world cup again.
(Manic laughing)
Sorry Torsten,Kiwis and Aussies have a love hate relationship.

I'm in Melbourne, AFL rules here so I gave very little interest in Rugby in any of its forms. Cricket, however, is a different matter. Happy to discuss further on that subject Chris !😉

Chris.
I know about that, Chris. Have been to Australia in 1989/1990 but I only mentioned my soft spot for the "Flying Kiwis" here.
Though I build a Kangaroo Spitfire right now ...
Btw: I have Geoff Fisken's "Wairarapa Wildcat" standing on my shelf
