Hello folks!

This is my first completed model in over a year. It's the Special Hobby kit with lots of reworked or scratchbuilt components. This is the most elaborate base that I've ever tried and everythign worked smoothly until the Water Effect from Vallejo would not clear up. Of course it was nearly the last step AFTER fixing the plane to the base. I did lots of cutting swearing and coloring of water to try and hide the problem areas. Overall, I'm happy with the finished product. All comments and critiques are welcome and appreciated!

Thanks!

Hi Herb

That's stunning! The water looks brilliant to my eyes. We should get this on the front-page as a Feature!

All the best

Rowan

Thanks so much guys! Yeah, I considered foam, but I wanted the water to look relatively calm.

Rowan, that would be awesome! Would you like me to get some better photos and forward them to you?
