A while back I pick up this kit for I never built a Hobby Boss kit before and form what I have seen online they aren't bad kits at all .






I start the kit and it is going faster than what I was expecting .

Ready for the canopy to be masked and start with painting . Not sure if I will use one of the kit markings or doing something different . I kinda like the olive drab ...

Terri,
Wow!! That was certainly a fast build. You had to start it during your Me109 build. Gabby's paint scheme is quite famous here on LI, especially since he flew with the 56th.

I've got both Tamiya 1/48 scale kits, and I've even started one, but never got very far.

What do ya know, I was just looking that kit over in my psuedo LHS! Ive always wanted to build Gabreski's HV-A myself but there are sooo many cool P47 schemes. How do the kit decals look?
