It is with great sadness that we have been informed that Jessica(Jessie_C) has tendered her resignation as staff with AeroScale. Jessica has been here longer then I can remember, and was staff long before my tender on KitMaker(Armorama) began. She has worked tirelessly as an editor and more recent the champion to the AeroScale Model of the Month contest.
I would like to thank Jessica for her years of hard work on AeroScale, and wish her all the best.
Kevin

Jesse,
You have been a great source of information on aircraft and their models. But more than that, you have been an inspiration to so many of us, through your comments, recommendations, encouragement and humor. I sincerely hope you are only stepping away from your administrative duties and not from contributing to this site in the future. I pray all God's blessings on your future endeavors.

I am really sorry to hear this Jessica, I do hope that this doesn't mean that we won't see you around here though.

That is not good news :-(
Thank you Jess for everything you have done to keep this site active, and for the smile you had while doing it.
I hope that this decision is the simple consequence of a "I have done enough of this, time for someone else to take over" and not the result of any more serious issues.
For the rest, I can only copy what others said, please stay around.

There are a few names that are household to any member of this forum, and Jessica was one of them.
Not only she was the force behind the model of the month contest, but also a valiant supporter of lesser known airplanes, always friendly about sharing her knowledge and opinion.
No doubt everything has its time, but Jessica's leaving...it's a hard blow to recover
All the best for you Jessica!
Pedro

Hi Jessie
You've been a true star from the moment you first joined us, both in the forum and later as part of the AeroStaff. Let me add my own sincere thanks all you've done for us. Your contribution has been enormous and invaluable, taking on any task that needed doing behind the scenes. All that, while soemhow still managing to find the time to remain a leading light in our community with your wonderful blend of knowledge, wisdom and a wicked sense of humour. You're leaving a huge pair of shoes to fill for whoever follows you. I don't envy them trying.
As others have already said, don't be a stranger! I hope this just means you're able to spend more time on the really important side of modelling - enjoying yourself and getting fully back up and running building again after your recent house move.
You can see by the response here already that you've broken a good few hearts with your decision! I guess one blessing of having stepped down myself is that I wasn't the one who had to announce such sad news for Aeroscale.
Take care, Jessie - and here's to good fortune in whatever the future holds for you.
All the best as ever, and thank you again
Rowan

That's a sad news indeed and - as Pedro already mentioned - a hard blow to Aeroscale. You will be missed, Jessie.
I hope you still have the time to stroll through the threads every now and then and I wish you all the best for your future.
