Unfortunately my Hanukkah gift is already en route and doesn't included any Sopwith marine mammals. Nuts, I've been asking WNW for this one for a long while now. Oh well, my birthday is in March! Unless our fearless leaders get a sample in for review, of course...

Wow!!! finally!!! I had some trouble with my pre-order Sopwith Camel from WnW's US based warehouse (29 miles from my home) last Christmas-- it didn't end up getting here until May! But the upshoot of that was I had a very pleasant email discussion with Richard Alexander about what WnW should release next (as if my opinion would influence such a decision-- ha ha) my choice was the Sopwith F5 Dolphin! I told him my issues with the pre-order would be promptly forgotten if WnW would only release a Sopwith Dolphin! So all is now forgotten-- unfortunately, I told my wife I wanted the Jeanin Stahltaube for Xmas this year. I wonder if it's to late to change my mind? All I can say is Hallelujah!! This has been the #1 aircraft of any era on my 1/32 want list-- I never thought they'd release it! Just to show you what a stand-up company WnW is, they sent me a gratis copy of Albatros' "Sopwith Camel Squadrons" for the mix up with my Camel order. So I went out and located an Albatros pubs "Sopwith Dolphin" and bought it right away. Thank you WnW!!
