Greetings to all members of this forum.
This is the first time I've shown my work here, as I'm used to modeling military vehicles.
This time I would like to present my latest work: a Bf 109 E-1, scale 1/48, by Eduard.
Like all Eduard kits, the fit of the pieces is very good, as well as the level of detail. Also, for the cabin, I used the PE that the kit already comes with.
It depicts an aircraft based in Germany during March 1940, prior to the Battle of Britain.
It is painted with Vallejo and Sicko acrylics.
I show the step by step and the final result.
I hope you like it and any criticism is welcome.

That looks really fine, Juan. Well done! Do you know who the pilot was?
How did you fix the prop on that tiny pin coming from the engine? I have also a Eduard E-1 (Weekend) on my bench and to me it doesn't seem to fit right. Most likely I'll glue the propeller to the fuselage with a bit of white glue. Btw, I build the "Yellow 2", an early bird flown by Gerhard Barkhorn during the Battle of Britain.

According to Eduard the pilot was Kurt Ubben, from Tragergruppe 186, Wangerooge.
That's right about the propeller. The axis is very short. I solved it by gluing it directly to the fuselage.
