Definitely ran into some trouble here. The bulkhead/frame aft of the cockpit (the one with the bare plastic edges) is definitely too big for the fuselage to fit together around it. You can either sand/scrape the edges like I did, which takes awhile; or just leave it out as it won't be seen on this version. I should have left it out. If/when the F6F-3 comes out, it will become more important due to the window aft of the cockpit.

I understand what you mean, I've built Wingnut kits! That isn't the problem with the big Hellcat. That bulkhead part is just plain too big. I hope Airfix has heard about it and fixes it before the -3 comes out!
