I'm for at least TWO of these for my collection! I hope to see TAMIYA doing a P-38J/L in 1/48, AND a brace of F/Gs and J/Ls for the '32-scalers, as well...

4320 ¥en is less the 36 €uro, which is about 40 $US. Okay, with tranport and tax we are probably about 50 €uro. That's okay for me ....

Hold on to your hats, guys- MEGAHOBBY is taking "pre-orders" on these new TAMIYA P-38F/G kits @ $68.00 apiece. That does not include shipping. Think I'll wait to see what their "competition" will be asking for them before I fly that route...
ETA is purported to be November, 2019...

So, markings include Miss Virginia, flown by Rex Barber on the Yamamoto mission. Do you suppose they'll re-release the Betty with Yamamoto markings? I double-dog dare 'em!
As I already have those markings from the old Mustang International sheet, I know what I'M gonna be doing!

Oops. Now I see that they did issue it with those markings back in 2011. Need to pay closer attention.
