Started this several years ago, got fed up with the whole kit building thing and stopped building. Discovered it lying unloved a couple of weeks ago (blame Covid-19 isolation) and restarted it again, posts have been put on the Hangar Queen campaign thread

How I found it, covered in dust, tip of the fin broken, tailplane had been fitted but broken off, dodgy paint, decals damaged
No finished yet but this is how it looked last night

Still got control cables and gun to fit as well as a few small parts

This is as far as it goes, I have omitted the windscreens, the kit ones will not bend to shape and hold that shape while the glue is setting. There is one glaring rigging fault that I can’t put right until I can get more cyano. That aside I am pleased to have got it this good.

Next? Looking through the stash I have in 1/48 Eduard kits, a Pfalz DIII and Nieuport Ni-11, Weekend a Briton F2B and Albatros DV in Profi kits. In 1/72 an Airfix HP 0/400, Revell Albatros DV and a Roden Felixstowe. Plan is the Pfalz

That's really nice. Excellent work.

I'm taking the opportunity during quarantine to finish up WNE's Rumpler I started years ago. Got further along than I originally thought.

Congrats on a very nice finish, Andrew

None of the omissions you mentioned are visible from my point of view.

Thanks for sharing, will keep an eye out for whatever next crosses your workbench
