how would you make 1:200 and smaller people? I probably wont need 1:300 where they'd be dots, but anyone have any idea on how you could make them with at least a tiny bit of detail? or must i really use little bits of colored wax?

I would do something with Sculpy or milliput. Roll out a snake for the body and cut it to length. You could play with bits of wire for arms and doing a small crease for a neck.

1/200th scale people would be about .360 inches tall, based on a person 6 feet tall. That is right at 3/8ths of an inch. In other words, that is pretty darn tiny. I think Z scale model train stuff is 1/220th scale. Preiser makes a bunch of them. Hit the link.

HI Spectre,
I just found your question about small figures.
Ship modelers have access to 1:350 and 1/700 photo-etched figures. Some European companies may even make them in /200, /400, etc.
Look at White Ensign Models WEM

Hello,
GHQ makes some excellent fully articulated metal 1/285 figures. See http://www.ghqmodels.com/
Hope this helps.
Cheers, Richard
