Well Bob all I can say is welcome to aftermarket hell. The Prowler/Intruder is one of the most expensive aircraft kits to be built. It's not hard at all to spend $200 bucks in aftermarket goodies. As to the seemless suckers going into your button up fuselage...thats going to be one tight fit. If you do happen to get them in, you made out big time and thats if there's no damage to either the plastic or resin. If your forced to open the fuselage up go through the bottom. Cut into the seem line, then using some Ten-x run it along the top seem to soften it up. Pry it open enough to slide those suckers in. Looking forward to seeing your photos Bob.

Well I FINALLY got the Seamless Suckers installed! l:( Manoman what a job. I had to mill the underside of the cockpit as well as the OD of the intakes paper thin to get them to fit. I musta had them parts in and out about a million times dryfitting.

Ya I'm takin my time with this baby for sure. I was kinda discouraged there for awhile. But now that they're in, it's PUTTY TIME!!!

Stay tooned......

Got a Gator waiting in the wings to for the next ARC GB...........

Yeah Bob know what you mean. Been there many times myself, heck I'm sure we all have. Now that you have them in, did you happen to take photos of what and how you got them in. Keep marching on Bob

Ya I got a pic or 2 coming tonite. I got the intakes puttied up pretty good and the rib along the backbone installed and puttied up as well. I guess I should get all the airframe correction parts tacked on before I attempt rescribing. Then it'll be time to tackle the wingfold kit.

Obviously I'm not done with the putty work yet, but I had to get some pixx up.

Bob...holy cow, those suckers look great. I see what you mean about all the work and putty. I've always seen the end result with the seamless sucker installed, never during the construction. While looking at the photos, I thought to myself 'never'. Then your last photo make it all worth while, especially looking down the inlet. Great job
