Eduard Messerschmitt Bf 110 (where is news on these?)

Hi Vance

According to their website, Eduard have the Bf 110 series planned for release next year:

"Two bigger projects were initiated in late 2005. One of them is another WWI release, in this case, no small item. The Caproni Ca-3 is one of the biggest of WWI aircraft, and the quarter scale one should be magnificent. However, we just started on this project, so don´t expect it before late 2007. The Messerschmitt Bf 110 family in 1/48th scale is a similar project, and will follow the example set by the Fw 190A, with complete nose armament installation, very well detailed cockpit and other areas, rich external weapon set etc. Four basic versions are planned, C, D, E and F, including the ground attack and night fighter sub-veriants. The Bf 110 is also planned as a 2007 project."

All the best

Hi Rowan!

Sorry, forgot to mention it is from Fonderie Miniature... so some cleaning work on the parts will be necessary! :-)

Danny, it seems Special Hobby are working on a F-84F Thunderstreak in 1/48 scale!

Hi Jean-Luc,

really, oh man, i'm beeing spoiled here, nice very nice, can wait until it get's out.

As now, i'm searching for a Mirage 5BA/BR or BD in scale 1/48, but it seems that the only one was made by Esci.
i know that Fonderie, made a Mirage 5, but can you compare it with a Belgian, machine, and iff no, what it has to take to change that.
maybe you know it Jean-Luc.

Thank's for let me know this.

Hi again Danny!

Sorry, but modern jets are not my era of interest... my only knowledge about Mirages is that they have delta wings! :-) I'm more into WW2 but maybe someone else can help you on that. If I were you, I would start a new topic on the Aircraft forum...

Jean-Luc

P.S. Is your full name Buck Danny?

1/48 is my scale.

and I really feelm spoiled this year with a Ch-48 and a Ch-53.

I don't dare to ask for more

For next year you say?

Well, a skycrane in 1/48 would be nice.

But i desperately need a few "ground equipment" kits like SAM, tankers, .... to make my aircraft diorama more realistic

...and ya' know? I'd like to see some niche kits, like some of the most common WW2 planes in 1/35 for dioramas.

I would also like to see a large line of 1/87 (HO scale) for model railroaders--you'd be suprised how big the following in that scale is for vehicles and figures.

Finally, my beloved oddball scale, 1/100.

Well my wishes:

1/48 EA-6B
1/48 Naval Flanker (Su-27K IIRC).

Both with folded wing option, or even a non folded wing, with very good conversion/update kit.

My one single wish,

A 1/48th Eduard Fokker Dr.1 to replace the darn near impossible to find Dragon kit

Other than that, well...not much really... I did like the mention of the Pfalz though...
