Do not fear .. I have the pit almost finished (just to add the seat belts) and the fuselages halves are glued together. The etched parts from the Hasegawa kit are missing on the Revell issue (no plastic replacements!), so I had to improvise ...
hope to finish the bodyshell work tomorrow .... and then some airbrushing .... not so easy, but I still hope I can make it

i am satisfied how it turned out .. my new airgun has a spatter device in the box and it worked really good.

Today I finished my Spitfire. It was a OOB and I used Model Master Enamels and the decals from Tamiya. For the figures I used Vallejo Acrylics.
I really enjoyed this Campaign, lots of posts and images from other participants and very good level. This is a fantastic way to enjoy modelling.
Here are some pics of the bird just landed. Tomorrow IŽll try to shoot more pics in the day light if the weather let me.

Great to hear your kitty came back too! I have a cat and although she sent my 1/72 A-37 to the dustbin after 2 successful airfield takeovers, I'd be totally lost without her hanging around whilst I built.

Steffen, is the additional Fuel Tank painted? looks as if it's bare plastic...
