1⁄72

Special Hobby is currently working with the family of late mark Spitfires and Seafires in 1:72 scale. However they have already released few teasing photographs and information about forthcoming kits.
We will get the following kits/sets:
Pictures show first test shots of the sprues. Some parts are missing. The molds still need final polishing before production will run on full scale.
Recognition of available types of Spitfires/Seafires was done basing on the marques placed on sprues – descriptions of different fuselages and wings. Other sprues seems to be the same for all types. On the attached pictures you can notice two types of exhaust pipes, two types of additional fuel tanks, two or three types of wheels (with three or four spokes and probably covered), different armament, rocket rails and starting rockets. Another interesting feature is separate cockpit door.
Many thanks to Special Hobby for supporting us with the photographs.
Please remember, when contacting retailers or manufacturers, to mention that you saw their products highlighted here - on AEROSCALE.
